The client seeks an experienced Performance Marketer with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, plus capability across Google Ads and other performance channels. This hands-on role demands full ownership of campaign execution - from setup and tracking to daily optimisation and scaling – with close collaboration on strategy by the senior marketing team. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a small, remote team environment, owning day-to-day Meta lead generation while contributing to multi-channel expansion. This role is fully remote from Asia, within UK hours, offering direct team collaboration and mission-driven impact. There is renewal potential, salary review at six months, and potential progression to a Lead role(based on performance), with exposure to UK education dynamics.
